About Hickory Meadows

Hickory Meadows Condominium Association (HMCA) is an 88-unit association of 4-plex condominium townhomes in a residential neighborhood in northwest Sun Prairie.

Our Association features multi-level floor plans with two bedrooms, 1 ½ to 2 ½ bathrooms and one car garages, with 4 units per building. All condos feature private entrances. Many have additional square footage of finished space in the lower level, along with storage and utilities space.
